Raised in a family of dentists, Dr. Jeremiah Juson progressed to embrace Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics as his true passion.  He has come a long way since earning his DMD degree back in 2004. After dental school, he spent a total of eight years in university-based post-graduatetrainings, residencies, and fellowships to establish a solid foundation in the field. He cared for patients of all ages in Oral Surgery and Hospital Dentistry at the University of the Philippines, a prestigious training program that presented Dr. Juson with medically compromised patients in a trauma hospital environment. He then went to the United States for further studies in  Eastman Institute for Oral Health at the University of Rochester Medical Center.  He attended a two-year fellowship in Orofacial Pain & Temporomandibular Joint Disorder (TMJD) and a two-year residency in  Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD). Finally, he completed residency in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics.  All these training in a clinical and research  environment taught him a multidisciplinary approach in his practice.  This allowed Dr. Juson to demonstrate a wide array of knowledge and expertise in TMJD and Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics. Professionals who hold a double specialty like this are rare in New York City.

Dr. Juson always emphasizes that exemplary orthodontics is more than just straightening teeth.  It is a combination of aligning teeth where they should be,  improving the smile arc, teeth display, tooth shape and gum contour around the teeth. He applies a well-rounded approach to achieve smile transformations that is inspiring, life-changing and long-lasting.
